Using our years of experience and by cross referencing against the DVSA Audit check sheet we can ascertain your level of compliance in relation to the Undertakings you agreed to when you first applied for your Operators Licence. A full report will be produced highlighting any areas that require consideration. From this we can formulate an action plan to ensure you reach the correct level of compliance.

If you have been informed that you are being taken to a Public Inquiry or are aware it is a possibility you have to act fast do not delay. The Traffic Commissioner will be looking for improvements in the running of your company from the day you were notified of the PI, therefore time is essential, do not delay. The more improvement you can show, the better your defence will look. We can quickly asses your needs and put in robust systems in place to rectify any issues that may have prompted the PI in the first place. In this way we could negate any restricting sanctions, curtailments, suspension or worst case scenario, revocation. We can arrange to have your tachograph data analysed and forward any infringements sheets, but we are not like a lot of companies, we will check the infringements against the data to ensure they are a correct reflection of the drivers duties, we will then give advice and if needed training to the driver to prevent a reoccurrence. We can also check to see if GFPN’s (Graduated Fixed Penalty tickets) TOR’s (Traffic Offence Reports) or summons have been issued correctly.

Being the holder of a Restricted Licence you are not obliged to employ a holder of a Transport Managers CPC qualification, there is no requirement to do any training, so how do you know you are operating compliantly. Our consultant can visit your premises and asses your needs and then tailor a package to suit your needs, this could include monthly visits to carry out certain duties or bi-annually or annually just to make sure any systems implemented still meet your needs. For small businesses we are able to offer external Transport Manager Services, either on a temporary basis or long term. Alternatively you might find the pressure of running a business and looking after your vehicles too time consuming, so allow us to take some of that burden away from you.
